Shipping policy

Dispatch Times

Most stocked products are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Some items may have longer lead times due to availability, special ordering, or custom build times.
Where applicable, dispatch notices or estimated lead times are displayed on individual product pages.

If your order contains multiple items, the order may be shipped together once all items are available, unless otherwise agreed.


Import Duties & International Orders

International orders may be subject to:

  • Import duties

  • Customs taxes

  • Clearance fees

  • Brokerage fees

These charges:

  • Are not included in product or shipping prices

  • Are determined by the destination country

  • Must be paid by the customer

  • Are outside of our control

Refusal or Non-Payment of Duties

If a shipment is refused, held, or returned because duties were unpaid or incorrect information was provided:

  • The customer remains liable for all courier charges, including

    • return shipping

    • handling fees

    • customs charges billed back to Clubsport Garage

  • These costs will be deducted from any applicable refund.

International orders cannot be cancelled or refunded due to refusal to pay import charges.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Returns Policy

We do not accept unauthorised returns.
To start a return, email contact@clubsportgarage.co.uk to request a return authorisation number.

Returns must be:

  • Requested within 14 days of delivery

  • Returned within 14 days of approval

  • In unused, uninstalled condition

  • In original packaging

  • Returned with proof of purchase

Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 10%, depending on condition and product type.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Special-order, custom-made, built-to-order, and pre-order items

  • Used, installed, painted, or modified parts

  • Hazardous materials

  • Additional services (e.g., coatings, paintwork, warranties)

  • Electrical components (unless faulty)

Items returned without authorisation or returned damaged/incomplete will not be refunded.

Damaged Shipments

All items are checked and securely packaged before dispatch.
If your parcel appears visibly damaged on delivery, you must:

  • Note the damage with the courier, or

  • Reject the delivery outright

If damage is discovered after opening, you must:

  • Contact us immediately with photos

  • Report the issue to the courier

Do not install damaged items, as installation will void any return, replacement, or claim.

We will assist with courier claims wherever possible, but the courier’s decision is final.


Guarantee & Warranty

Unless stated otherwise, all items are sold as new and may carry a manufacturer warranty. Clubsport Garage facilitates warranty claims but does not make final warranty decisions.

Warranty Exclusions

No warranty applies to:

  • Parts used in motorsport, track days, racing, or competition

  • Electrical items (unless confirmed defective on arrival)

  • Items damaged through misuse, improper installation, or neglect

Customer Responsibilities

  • Items must be returned for inspection at the customer’s cost

  • Warranties do not cover labour costs, vehicle damage, loss of use, or consequential losses


Product Use & Legal Compliance

Some products we sell are intended for off-road, track, or race use only and may not be road legal (e.g., not TÜV/DOT approved).

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with:

  • Local vehicle laws

  • Road legality requirements

  • Insurance conditions

By purchasing from Clubsport Garage, you accept full responsibility for installation, usage, and legal compliance.
Clubsport Garage is not liable for any legal, financial, or physical consequences arising from misuse or failure of products.
