Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy. You must notify us of your intention to return an item within 14 days of receiving it, and then return the item to us within 14 days of return authorisation.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, email us at contact@clubsportgarage.co.uk. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unused and uninstalled

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 10%, at our discretion. This covers handling, inspection, and repackaging where applicable.

If an item is returned in a condition that prevents resale as new (e.g. marked, missing packaging, damaged), we may apply a higher restocking fee or decline the return entirely.


Return Costs & Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless agreed otherwise.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • For exchanges, the customer is responsible for both the return shipping and the new outbound shipping.

We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as the customer is responsible for the item until it reaches us.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

All products are checked before dispatch. If your order arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and note this with the courier.

If damage is discovered after opening, or you have received the wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@clubsportgarage.co.uk with clear photos so we can investigate and resolve the issue quickly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalised products

  • Special order, pre-order, or built-to-order items

  • Any item that has been installed or used

  • Gift cards

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

  • Additional services (e.g. tyre fitting, warranty add-ons, product pre-install prep)

If an item is returned showing signs of installation or use, it will be rejected or subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee, depending on condition.


Built-to-Order / Pre-Order Products

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, we are not obliged to accept cancellations for goods made to the customer’s specification.

This applies to all products marked as:

  • “Built-to-order”

  • “Made-to-order”

  • “Special order”

  • “Pre-order”

These sales are final unless the item is faulty or not as described.


Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange a product, you can:

  1. Return the original item (following the steps above)

  2. Place a new order for the item you need

Alternatively, contact us directly at contact@clubsportgarage.co.uk and we’ll be happy to help arrange an exchange. All exchange-related shipping costs must be covered by the customer.


Refund Process

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds typically take 3–5 working days, but please allow up to 10 working days depending on your bank or card issuer. If you have not received your refund after this period, please check with your bank before contacting us.
