Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By purchasing from Clubsport Garage Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) or using our website (clubsportgarage.co.uk), you agree to be bound by the Terms set out below.
If anything is unclear, please contact us before placing an order.
Our aim is always to provide clear information and excellent service while protecting both you as the customer and us as the supplier.
1. GENERAL TERMS
Product Images & Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure product images, descriptions, and specifications are accurate. However, product images are illustrative and may differ slightly from the item supplied. If specific details are important, please contact us before purchasing.
Customer Conduct & Feedback
We welcome feedback and will always try to resolve issues promptly.
However, knowingly false, defamatory, or misleading public statements (e.g., forums, social media, reviews) may result in us exercising our legal rights.
Please give us the opportunity to resolve any issue first.
Vehicle Modifications
Many performance parts and modifications go beyond the manufacturer’s original design and may affect durability, emissions, drivability, or other vehicle systems.
By purchasing and installing aftermarket parts, you accept responsibility for:

Ensuring compatibility

Any additional parts or labour required

Any resulting wear, damage, or failure to the vehicle
We cannot be held liable for issues arising from pre-existing wear, poor condition, incompatible modifications, or improper installation.
2. PAYMENT & PRICES

Prices shown to UK customers include VAT.

International customers automatically see VAT-exclusive prices.

Prices may change due to supplier or currency fluctuations.

We accept most major debit/credit cards, PayPal, and (where applicable) bank transfer.
Special-Order / Built-to-Order Products
Items marked as special order, built-to-order, custom-made, or pre-order must be paid in full prior to ordering and are non-refundable.
In some cases, a 25% non-refundable deposit may be accepted at our discretion.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers cannot be used for Sale / Special Offer items.
3. DELIVERY & DAMAGE ON RECEIPT
Checking Deliveries
It is the customer’s responsibility to check the parcel for visible damage before signing for delivery.
You must reject the parcel if it appears damaged.
Signing as “received in good condition” confirms acceptance of the item and removes the courier’s liability to compensate for damage.
Signatures

Items signed for by you or a third party (e.g., neighbour) are deemed received in good condition unless marked as “damaged”.

Signing “unchecked” is treated by most couriers as acceptance, and we may be unable to claim for damage.
If an Item Arrives Damaged or Missing
You must notify us immediately with clear photos.
We will arrange a replacement or investigation as required.
You must notify us within 24hrs of delivery if a parcel can't be located.
Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch stocked items within 72 hours.
Special-order items vary.
Delays caused by suppliers, couriers, customs, or unforeseen issues do not provide grounds for cancellation/refunds.
4. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & IMPORT DUTIES
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or clearance fees. These are:

Not charged or controlled by us
If a shipment is returned due to unpaid duties, incorrect information, or refusal to accept delivery, all return shipping charges, handling fees, and courier charges billed to us will be deducted from any refund.
Refusal to pay import charges does not entitle the customer to cancel an order.
We are not liable for customs delays or refusal of release.
5. ONLINE ORDER SECURITY
We may carry out fraud-prevention checks, including address verification or additional confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse an order if fraud is suspected.
6. QUALITY & FITMENT OF AFTERMARKET PARTS
Many items we sell are aftermarket parts. These may differ in:

Fitment tolerances

Surface finish
-
Manufacturing consistency
Minor imperfections or the need for small adjustments/modifications are normal with aftermarket components.
Customer Responsibilities
By purchasing aftermarket parts, you accept that:

Perfect OEM fitment cannot be guaranteed

Professional installation by an aftermarket-experienced workshop is strongly recommended

Returns/exchanges are not accepted once an item has been installed
-
Minor imperfections or required adjustments are not considered faults
Workshops unfamiliar with aftermarket products may incorrectly claim parts “do not fit”.
We are always available to assist with fitment queries.
7. WARRANTY
Warranty coverage is provided by the manufacturer, not Clubsport Garage.
Manufacturers typically cover manufacturing defects only — not wear and tear, misuse, installation error, track use, or racing environments.
We do not cover:

Labour costs

Vehicle downtime
-
Consequential loss
-
Shipping costs for warranty assessment (unless agreed)
We act as a facilitator for warranty claims but do not control outcomes.
8. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Return Period
We follow a standard UK distance-selling structure:

14 days from delivery to notify us of a return

14 days after approval to return the item
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Eligibility
Items must be:

In original condition
-
Unused and uninstalled
-
In original packaging
-
Returned with proof of purchase
Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made items

Special-order / built-to-order / pre-order items

Installed or used items
-
Gift cards
-
Additional services (e.g., coatings, painting, warranties)

Hazardous materials (oils/fluids)
Installed or Used Items
If an item shows signs of installation/use, the return will be rejected or subject to up to a 50% restocking fee, depending on condition.
Built-to-Order / Pre-Order Products
These are exempt from cancellation under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Sales are final unless faulty or not as described.
9. EXCHANGES
The fastest way to exchange is to purchase the replacement item and return the original (if eligible).
10. REFUNDS
Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the return is inspected and approved.
Banks may take up to 5 working days to release funds.
11. WEBSITE & CONTENT
All content is owned by Clubsport Garage Limited.
No content may be reproduced without written permission.
We aim to ensure website accuracy but do not guarantee it.
We are not liable for losses arising from site errors, outdated information, or third-party links.
