KMP Differential Lift Kit – BMW F8X M2, M3 & M4

Product Description

The KMP differential lift kit improves the mounting arrangement of the rear differential on BMW F8X M cars. It adds a second rear mounting point to distribute load across two mounts, while offset bushes raise the differential by 10mm towards the subframe.

The revised position is particularly useful on lowered cars, where the driveshafts operate at a greater incline. Reducing that angle helps limit friction, heat and wear in the driveshaft joints, addressing the geometry as well as the movement allowed by the original differential mounts.

Street uses OEM-type PUR bushes to retain noise and vibration isolation. Track uses sliding POM bushes with steel inserts, providing controlled movement to accommodate small chassis deflections. Race uses solid aluminium bushes and removes the factory vibration absorber, prioritising rigidity for track and motorsport installations.

The Street and Race versions form part of the Vantrex range, developed with support from KMP Drivetrain Solutions, and may be supplied in Vantrex-branded packaging. Select the version appropriate to the intended use; hardware and fitting requirements differ between the three kits.

FAQs

Which version retains rubber-type isolation?

Street uses OEM-type PUR bushes. Track uses sliding POM bushes; Race is the solid aluminium option.

Does every version include all replacement hardware?

No. Street and Race require reuse of some original hardware or separately ordered replacements. The Track kit is described by KMP as a complete mounting set.

Import Duties & International Orders

Damaged Shipments

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery or note the damage with the courier. If damage is discovered after opening, contact us immediately with photos. Do not install damaged items, as installation voids courier claims and return eligibility.

Returns

Returns must be authorised before sending anything back. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and returned within 14 days of approval, in unused/uninstalled condition and in original packaging. Some items, including special-order, built-to-order, used, installed, or modified parts, are non-returnable.

Warranty

Most products include a manufacturer’s warranty covering manufacturing defects only. Warranties do not cover wear and tear, improper installation, misuse or neglect, track use, competition or racing environments, labour costs, vehicle damage, downtime, or consequential loss. Warranty outcomes are determined by the manufacturer, not Clubsport Garage. Items must be returned for inspection at the customer’s cost unless agreed otherwise.

Fitment & Installation

Many products are aftermarket components and may require professional installation or minor adjustment. Perfect OEM-level fitment cannot be guaranteed. Professional installation by an experienced workshop is strongly recommended. Installed or used items cannot be returned.
