Direct Replacement Advantages
The Girodisc system is a direct substitute for the OE disc, requiring no modifications. These rotors attach directly to your car and integrate flawlessly with OE calipers. Upgrading to these lightweight, high-performance rotors ensures factory bias and ABS efficiency are maintained.
Central Hat Section
Crafted from U.S. sourced 6061-T6 aircraft specification aluminium.
Disc Material
Proprietary cast iron, poured in the USA and fully machined in-house at Girodisc.
Design
Curved vane design, developed from racing technology, acts as a centrifugal pump to enhance cooling air flow through the disc.
Floating Mount System
Utilises 10 high-strength alloy steel drive pins (manufactured by Girodisc) with cadmium plating for corrosion resistance. These pins bear the braking loads while preserving axial and radial float between the hat and disc. Pins are fastened by class 12.9 cap screws with hardened washers.
Anti-Noise Technology
Pins are mounted with anti-noise spring washers on the rotor side to permit heat expansion without noise. This feature also allows the rotor to self-centre between the pads.
Maintenance
Once the Girodisc system is installed, simply replace the cast iron rotor when necessary. Sold/priced per pair.

Import Duties & International Orders
International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and clearance fees. These are not included in our prices and are outside of our control. Refusal or non-payment of import charges may result in return shipping, handling fees, and customs charges being deducted from any refund.
Damaged Shipments
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery or note the damage with the courier. If damage is discovered after opening, contact us immediately with photos. Do not install damaged items, as installation voids courier claims and return eligibility.
Returns
Returns must be authorised before sending anything back. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and returned within 14 days of approval, in unused/uninstalled condition and in original packaging. Some items, including special-order, built-to-order, used, installed, or modified parts, are non-returnable.

Warranties do not cover wear and tear, improper installation, misuse or neglect, track use, competition or racing environments, labour costs, vehicle damage, downtime, or consequential loss. Warranty outcomes are determined by the manufacturer, not Clubsport Garage. Items must be returned for inspection at the customer’s cost unless agreed otherwise.
Fitment & Installation
Many products are aftermarket components and may require professional installation or minor adjustment. Perfect OEM-level fitment cannot be guaranteed. Professional installation by an experienced workshop is strongly recommended. Installed or used items cannot be returned.
