Product Description
The HEL Performance Differential Oil Cooler Kit is designed to improve differential temperature control on high-performance BMW M applications, including the BMW E9X M3, BMW F80 M3, BMW F82 M4, BMW F87 M2 Competition and BMW F87 M2. It is recommended for track use, drag strip use and hard-driven performance cars where differential oil temperatures can rise significantly under sustained load.
During aggressive driving, repeated hard acceleration or extended circuit sessions, excessive differential oil temperature can reduce lubricant performance and accelerate oil degradation. By adding a dedicated HEL oil cooler and Mocal high-performance oil pump, this kit helps manage heat more effectively and supports more consistent differential performance.
The kit is available with a choice of Black Nylon hose or Stainless Steel Braided hose, allowing the setup to be matched to the vehicle and intended use. It also includes black aluminium hose fittings, anodised black aluminium mounting brackets and application-specific mounting hardware for the selected BMW platform.
For cars used in demanding environments, this is a practical drivetrain reliability upgrade designed to help protect the differential oil from sustained heat cycles. If the vehicle has a modified differential, aftermarket differential cover, non-standard exhaust routing or other underbody modifications, compatibility should be checked before ordering.
After installation, all connections should be checked at regular intervals, especially during the first few miles, to inspect for leaks and confirm the system is secure.

Import Duties & International Orders

Damaged Shipments
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery or note the damage with the courier. If damage is discovered after opening, contact us immediately with photos. Do not install damaged items, as installation voids courier claims and return eligibility.
Returns
Returns must be authorised before sending anything back. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and returned within 14 days of approval, in unused/uninstalled condition and in original packaging. Some items, including special-order, built-to-order, used, installed, or modified parts, are non-returnable.

Warranties do not cover wear and tear, improper installation, misuse or neglect, track use, competition or racing environments, labour costs, vehicle damage, downtime, or consequential loss. Warranty outcomes are determined by the manufacturer, not Clubsport Garage. Items must be returned for inspection at the customer’s cost unless agreed otherwise.
Fitment & Installation
Many products are aftermarket components and may require professional installation or minor adjustment. Perfect OEM-level fitment cannot be guaranteed. Professional installation by an experienced workshop is strongly recommended. Installed or used items cannot be returned.
