Product Description

The Karbonius Carbon Fibre Race Intake is a motorsport-grade airbox system for the BMW E46 M3 S54, designed to improve airflow, throttle response, intake temperatures and induction sound. Hand-built in Spain from 100% prepreg carbon fibre and cured in an autoclave, it is one of the most highly regarded carbon intake upgrades available for the S54 engine.

Designed to replace the factory intake system, the Karbonius Race Intake uses an integrated snorkel to feed cold air from the front of the car, helping support more consistent performance during hard driving. Internal carbon fibre trumpets are used to optimise airflow and improve efficiency across the rev range.

Beyond the performance benefits, the intake transforms the character of the S54 engine with a distinctive induction roar, adding a much more aggressive motorsport feel under throttle. The lightweight carbon fibre construction also reduces weight while offering excellent strength, heat resistance and durability.

Each intake is produced as an exclusive numbered piece and supplied with a certificate of authenticity. An ECU remap is required for correct performance, and professional installation is strongly recommended. The air filter is sold separately.

Dispatch Times

Import Duties & International Orders

Damaged Shipments

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery or note the damage with the courier. If damage is discovered after opening, contact us immediately with photos. Do not install damaged items, as installation voids courier claims and return eligibility.

Returns

Returns must be authorised before sending anything back. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and returned within 14 days of approval, in unused/uninstalled condition and in original packaging. Some items, including special-order, built-to-order, used, installed, or modified parts, are non-returnable.
