Product Description
The VRSF Intercooler Upgrade for N55-powered BMW 1, 2, 3 and 4 Series models, including the F87 M2 Non-Competition, is designed to reduce intake air temperatures, improve cooling efficiency and help maintain consistent power under load.
The factory N55 intercooler can become heat-soaked during prolonged high-load driving, increasing intake temperatures and reducing performance consistency. The VRSF upgraded intercooler directly addresses this with a significantly larger core and improved flow characteristics.
Manufactured from high-grade aluminium with a robust bar-and-plate core design, this intercooler is built to deliver improved thermal efficiency and long-term durability for tuned road cars, track builds and higher-powered N55 applications.
Designed as a direct bolt-on replacement, the kit requires no modification and is compatible with factory and most aftermarket charge pipes, making it a strong supporting upgrade for Stage 1, heavily modified and hybrid turbo N55 builds.

Import Duties & International Orders

Damaged Shipments
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery or note the damage with the courier. If damage is discovered after opening, contact us immediately with photos. Do not install damaged items, as installation voids courier claims and return eligibility.
Returns
Returns must be authorised before sending anything back. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and returned within 14 days of approval, in unused/uninstalled condition and in original packaging. Some items, including special-order, built-to-order, used, installed, or modified parts, are non-returnable.

Warranty
Most products include a manufacturer’s warranty covering manufacturing defects only. Warranties do not cover wear and tear, improper installation, misuse or neglect, track use, competition or racing environments, labour costs, vehicle damage, downtime, or consequential loss. Warranty outcomes are determined by the manufacturer, not Clubsport Garage. Items must be returned for inspection at the customer’s cost unless agreed otherwise.
Fitment & Installation
Many products are aftermarket components and may require professional installation or minor adjustment. Perfect OEM-level fitment cannot be guaranteed. Professional installation by an experienced workshop is strongly recommended. Installed or used items cannot be returned.
