Product Description
The Pinnacle Motorsport Brake Cooling Kit is designed to improve brake cooling on the BMW E9X M3, helping manage one of the platform’s known weaknesses during fast road, track day and high-performance driving. By directing airflow towards the braking system, the kit helps reduce brake temperatures, improve consistency and limit brake fade under repeated heavy use.
The kit uses 3D-printed brake cooling ducts mounted via the lower arm to channel air effectively towards the brakes. High-quality 2-ply hosing provides the flexibility needed for installation while being built to withstand the temperatures and demands of performance driving.
Durable laser-cut backing plates are included to support efficient heat management and secure fitment. The complete fitting kit also includes adjustable spacers, allowing the setup to be adapted for selected aftermarket callipers such as AP Racing and Alcon.
For cars using an alternative airflow source, such as the Ridgeline Motorsport E9X M3 GT4 Front Splitter, the kit is also available with GT4 adaptors. These are only required where the splitter outlets are oval shaped, so please check your setup before ordering.
Improved brake cooling can help maintain more consistent braking performance, reduce heat-related wear on pads and discs, and support greater control during demanding driving. Professional installation is recommended, especially when integrating the kit with aftermarket callipers or splitter-based ducting.

Damaged Shipments
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery or note the damage with the courier. If damage is discovered after opening, contact us immediately with photos. Do not install damaged items, as installation voids courier claims and return eligibility.
Returns
Returns must be authorised before sending anything back. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and returned within 14 days of approval, in unused/uninstalled condition and in original packaging. Some items, including special-order, built-to-order, used, installed, or modified parts, are non-returnable.

Warranty outcomes are determined by the manufacturer, not Clubsport Garage. Items must be returned for inspection at the customer’s cost unless agreed otherwise.
Fitment & Installation
Many products are aftermarket components and may require professional installation or minor adjustment. Perfect OEM-level fitment cannot be guaranteed. Professional installation by an experienced workshop is strongly recommended. Installed or used items cannot be returned.
