The do88 Big Pack Cooler Kit is a complete, high-end charge-air cooling upgrade designed specifically for the Porsche 911 (991.1) Turbo and Turbo S from 2013 to 2015. It replaces the standard intercoolers, Y-pipe and inlet paths with a fully optimised system — delivering substantially improved airflow, lower intake air temperatures and more responsive engine breathing, whether you’re driving on the street, track, or under tuning.

  • Custom carbon-fibre ambient air guides: Air guides designed via 3D scans to fit the 991 bodywork and force ambient air through the core, rather than around it — maximising cooling potential.

  • High-flow silicone inlet hoses: 70 mm (2¾") diameter silicone hoses with smooth internal transitions, reinforced with stainless-steel wire and rated for continuous temperatures up to ~240 °C (464 °F). Designed to cope with high boost and thermal loads.

  • Optimised Y-pipe and full system flow: Mandrel-bent aluminium Y-pipe (63 mm/2.5") with smooth flow cast collector and optional methanol injection ports (blanked). Combined with the intercoolers and hoses, this kit delivers far greater flow capacity vs stock. 

  • Complete installation package: The kit includes intercoolers, carbon air-guides, silicone hoses, Y-pipe, necessary seals, clamps, and all hardware — everything needed for a full charge-air system upgrade.
