Product Description
AST 5100 coilovers for the BMW F2X/F3X applications listed below combine adjustable ride height with single-adjustable rebound damping. The range covers M135i, M140i, 335i and 340i applications, together with the listed M235i xDrive and M240i xDrive models. Street, Street Performance and Club Racing configurations differ in their top mounts and rear spring arrangement, while the application choice identifies the drivetrain and mounting specification.
Damper design & adjustment: The system uses high-pressure monotube dampers with inverted front struts and supplied springs. Rebound adjustment changes the resistance as a damper extends after compression; the spring platforms independently establish ride height. The dampers are rebuildable, allowing servicing during their working life. These shared features belong to the whole range rather than representing additional choices in the selector.
Configuration differences
Street retains the original top mounts and the separate rear spring and damper layout.
Street Performance adds camber-adjustable front top mounts, while retaining the original rear mounts and separate rear springs.
Club Racing includes camber-adjustable front and solid rear top mounts and uses a true rear coilover arrangement, with the rear spring mounted around the damper. Where replacement front mounts are supplied, the three-bolt pre-LCI and five-bolt LCI fixing patterns must match the car. Rear-wheel-drive and xDrive kits are also distinct. Street kits that retain the original front mounts can cover the stated pre-LCI and LCI applications without introducing a separate replacement-mount choice. Installation & setup: For vehicles fitted with factory Electronic Damper Control, Clubsport Garage recommends coding out EDC when fitting these non-electronic dampers, where supported. A compatible KW EDC cancellation kit is a separately available hardware alternative. Installation should include ride-height and alignment setup, with wheel and tyre clearance checked throughout steering and suspension movement.

Damaged Shipments
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery or note the damage with the courier. If damage is discovered after opening, contact us immediately with photos. Do not install damaged items, as installation voids courier claims and return eligibility.
Returns
Returns must be authorised before sending anything back. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and returned within 14 days of approval, in unused/uninstalled condition and in original packaging. Some items, including special-order, built-to-order, used, installed, or modified parts, are non-returnable.

Most products include a manufacturer’s warranty covering manufacturing defects only. Warranties do not cover wear and tear, improper installation, misuse or neglect, track use, competition or racing environments, labour costs, vehicle damage, downtime, or consequential loss. Warranty outcomes are determined by the manufacturer, not Clubsport Garage. Items must be returned for inspection at the customer’s cost unless agreed otherwise.
Fitment & Installation
Many products are aftermarket components and may require professional installation or minor adjustment. Perfect OEM-level fitment cannot be guaranteed. Professional installation by an experienced workshop is strongly recommended. Installed or used items cannot be returned.
