Product Description
The AST Adjustable Lowering Spring Kit for the BMW F97 X3M and F98 X4M provides adjustable ride height while retaining the original dampers. Part number ASTALS-21-015 combines replacement springs with height-adjustment hardware, allowing the installed height to be set without changing to a complete aftermarket damper system.
The adjustment changes the spring installation height rather than adding compression or rebound controls. That places the kit between fixed lowering springs and a full coilover conversion: it offers height adjustment while leaving the original dampers in service. The springs and adjustment equipment must be used with the correct original suspension arrangement.
On the appropriate electronically controlled suspension application, retaining the original dampers also retains their electronic damping system. EDC coding or a cancellation kit is not a routine requirement simply because the spring kit is fitted. This is a different installation from replacing the factory dampers with manually adjusted coilovers.
The final setting should account for suspension travel, wheel and tyre clearance and the car's alignment. Height adjustment should be followed by clearance and alignment checks at the intended setting, rather than choosing the lowest position without considering the complete installation.
This kit is specific to the listed F97 X3M and F98 X4M applications. It should not be extended to other X3 or X4 models based on the body shape or model family alone. The product supplies the spring and height-adjustment equipment, not replacement dampers, and lowering figures from other AST applications should not be applied to this kit.

Damaged Shipments
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery or note the damage with the courier. If damage is discovered after opening, contact us immediately with photos. Do not install damaged items, as installation voids courier claims and return eligibility.
Returns
Returns must be authorised before sending anything back. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and returned within 14 days of approval, in unused/uninstalled condition and in original packaging. Some items, including special-order, built-to-order, used, installed, or modified parts, are non-returnable.
