Product Description

AST Adjustable Lowering Spring Kits for BMW G20 M340i xDrive, G21 M340i xDrive Touring, G22 M440i xDrive and G42 M240i xDrive retain the original dampers while providing spring-platform ride-height adjustment. Choose the application-specific kit according to chassis and factory electronic damping.

Application options: ASTALS-21-003 is the EDC kit for G20, G22 and G42 xDrive applications; ASTALS-21-103 is their non-EDC counterpart. For the G21 M340i xDrive Touring, ASTALS-21-010 is the EDC kit. Regal has confirmed ASTALS-21-110 for non-EDC G21 vehicles, but that part number is not currently offered as a selectable variant because its GBP pricing has not been confirmed.

Installation & adjustment: These kits use the appropriate original dampers and retain factory electronic damping where fitted. They do not include replacement dampers or add aftermarket damper adjustment. Check the factory damper type, suspension travel, alignment and wheel clearance for the selected vehicle before ordering.

FAQs

Does this kit include replacement dampers?

No. The spring and height-adjustment system is used with the specified original dampers.

Does the electronic damper system need coding out?

No. On a correctly matched electronic-damper application, the original dampers and their electronic controls are retained. This differs from a non-electronic coilover conversion.

What needs checking when setting the height?

The setting must remain within the limits for the exact application. Check suspension travel, wheel and tyre clearance and alignment at the chosen ride height.

Import Duties & International Orders

Damaged Shipments

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery or note the damage with the courier. If damage is discovered after opening, contact us immediately with photos. Do not install damaged items, as installation voids courier claims and return eligibility.

Returns

Returns must be authorised before sending anything back. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and returned within 14 days of approval, in unused/uninstalled condition and in original packaging. Some items, including special-order, built-to-order, used, installed, or modified parts, are non-returnable.

Warranty

Most products include a manufacturer’s warranty covering manufacturing defects only. Warranties do not cover wear and tear, improper installation, misuse or neglect, track use, competition or racing environments, labour costs, vehicle damage, downtime, or consequential loss. Warranty outcomes are determined by the manufacturer, not Clubsport Garage. Items must be returned for inspection at the customer’s cost unless agreed otherwise.

Fitment & Installation

Many products are aftermarket components and may require professional installation or minor adjustment. Perfect OEM-level fitment cannot be guaranteed. Professional installation by an experienced workshop is strongly recommended. Installed or used items cannot be returned.
