Product Description
The AST Adjustable Lowering Spring Kit for the listed BMW G8X M2, M3 and M4 applications provides adjustable ride height while retaining the original dampers. Part number ASTALS-21-004 combines replacement springs with height-adjustment hardware, offering a way to alter the installed height without replacing the complete suspension with aftermarket coilovers.
The adjustment works through the spring system on the original suspension. It changes the installed ride height rather than adding new rebound or compression controls. This distinguishes it from fixed lowering springs, which provide the height associated with one spring specification, and from a coilover kit that also replaces the dampers.
With the correct application specified, the original electronically controlled dampers remain in service. Their factory electronic damping system is therefore retained. EDC coding or a cancellation kit is not a routine requirement for this spring-only installation and should not be confused with the requirements of a non-electronic coilover conversion.
The chosen height must remain within the limits for the specific vehicle and installation. Wheel and tyre clearance, available suspension travel and alignment need to be considered together. The lowest available setting is not automatically the appropriate one for every wheel specification or intended use.
Check the exact chassis, drivetrain and original suspension equipment before ordering. The kit supplies the spring and height-adjustment components while retaining the original damper arrangement. Installation should include clearance checks at the selected height and an alignment check. Lowering figures from another AST application should not be transferred to this product simply because it shares the adjustable-spring range name.

Damaged Shipments
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery or note the damage with the courier. If damage is discovered after opening, contact us immediately with photos. Do not install damaged items, as installation voids courier claims and return eligibility.
Returns
Returns must be authorised before sending anything back. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and returned within 14 days of approval, in unused/uninstalled condition and in original packaging. Some items, including special-order, built-to-order, used, installed, or modified parts, are non-returnable.

Fitment & Installation
Many products are aftermarket components and may require professional installation or minor adjustment. Perfect OEM-level fitment cannot be guaranteed. Professional installation by an experienced workshop is strongly recommended. Installed or used items cannot be returned.
