Product Description
The BMW Motorsport Dipstick Conversion Kit is a genuine BMW Motorsport upgrade designed to replace the factory electronic oil level sensor on S55-powered BMW F8X M cars with a traditional manual oil dipstick system.
Originally engineered for the BMW F82 M4 GT4 race car, this kit provides a more direct way to manually check oil level, making it particularly useful for track, race and motorsport applications where quick and reliable oil level inspection is important.
The kit includes the key components required for installation, including the dipstick, dipstick tube, oil pan O-ring, mounting nuts, cable ties and retaining spring clip. As a BMW Motorsport part, it is designed for competition use and does not come with a warranty.
Please note: switching to this dipstick system may trigger fault codes or error messages related to the factory oil level sensor. Custom coding may be required to deactivate oil sensor alerts after installation.

Import Duties & International Orders

Damaged Shipments
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery or note the damage with the courier. If damage is discovered after opening, contact us immediately with photos. Do not install damaged items, as installation voids courier claims and return eligibility.
Returns
Returns must be authorised before sending anything back. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and returned within 14 days of approval, in unused/uninstalled condition and in original packaging. Some items, including special-order, built-to-order, used, installed, or modified parts, are non-returnable.

Warranty & Disclaimer
Warranty
Most products include a manufacturer’s warranty covering manufacturing defects only. Warranties do not cover wear and tear, improper installation, misuse or neglect, track use, competition or racing environments, labour costs, vehicle damage, downtime, or consequential loss. Warranty outcomes are determined by the manufacturer, not Clubsport Garage. Items must be returned for inspection at the customer’s cost unless agreed otherwise.
Fitment & Installation
Many products are aftermarket components and may require professional installation or minor adjustment. Perfect OEM-level fitment cannot be guaranteed. Professional installation by an experienced workshop is strongly recommended. Installed or used items cannot be returned.
