BMW Motorsport M2 CS Racing/M4 GT4 Rear Flange
Motorsport-Developed Rear Hub Upgrade for Endurance Strength and Reliability
The BMW Motorsport Rear Flange Hub Upgrade is a factory-engineered component designed to handle the extreme demands of endurance and competition use. Originally developed for the M2 CS Racing and M4 GT4, this upgraded hub flange features a thicker, full-face hubcentric design, providing enhanced durability and reduced stress compared to the lightweight OE version found on standard F8X models.
During long, high-load track sessions, the original hub design can develop stress cracks around the outer hubcentric surface — particularly under endurance racing conditions. The Motorsport version addresses this by increasing material thickness and reinforcing the contact surface, distributing load more effectively to ensure consistent reliability.
