Product Description
The do88 Carbon Inlet System is a high-flow intake upgrade for BMW S58-powered M cars, designed to improve airflow, reduce intake restriction and support consistent performance on tuned road, track and high-output builds. Developed for the BMW G80 M3, G82 M4 and G87 M2 platform, it replaces the restrictive factory intake layout with a fully enclosed carbon fibre system engineered for colder, denser air delivery to the turbochargers.
The factory S58 intake system uses relatively small turbo inlet connections and plastic intake pipework, which can become a limitation as power levels increase. The do88 system addresses this with large 105mm / 4.1” pre-oiled cotton filters, smooth carbon fibre intake pipes and custom-cast aluminium turbo inlets with 83mm connections, a significant increase over the OE 61mm and 72mm inlet sizes.
Airflow is improved by a fully enclosed cold-air feed design with additional headlight-mounted inlets, helping isolate the intake charge from hot engine bay air while increasing the available air supply. Flow testing shows a 24% increase in airflow over the OE intake system, helping reduce pressure drop, improve turbocharger efficiency and support sharper response under load.
The smooth carbon fibre pipework is shaped to remove sharp bends and unnecessary restrictions, helping the turbos breathe more efficiently across the rev range. The system is compatible with OE turbos as well as popular hybrid turbo setups, making it well suited to tuned engines, hybrid turbo conversions and larger turbocharger builds.

Returns
Returns must be authorised before sending anything back. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and returned within 14 days of approval, in unused/uninstalled condition and in original packaging. Some items, including special-order, built-to-order, used, installed, or modified parts, are non-returnable.
