Girodisc Rear Steel Disc Conversion – 390mm – Porsche 991 GT3 / GT3 RS / GT2 RS / 718 GT4 RS
Product Description
Replace Rear Carbon Ceramics Without Compromise
This Girodisc rear steel disc conversion kit — also referred to as iron rotors — is a direct-fit replacement for the factory 390mm PCCB (carbon ceramic) rear discs found on high-performance Porsche GT models. Whether you're saving your OEM ceramics for resale or want predictable, fade-free braking on track, this conversion delivers lasting performance and cost efficiency.
Sold/priced per pair.
Why Convert from PCCB to Steel Discs?
Ceramic discs are excellent for occasional fast road use, but steel rotors offer distinct advantages under more demanding conditions:
-
Better thermal stability for track days and competition
-
Improved brake pedal feel and control
-
Reduced long-term maintenance costs
-
Compatible with motorsport pad compounds like Ferodo DS3.12, Endless ME20/22, or PFC 08/11
🔧 Note: For optimal performance and brake balance, we strongly recommend converting front and rear discs together.
Key Features

2-piece floating steel rotors
