KMP Drexler 3.91 Complete Differential – BMW F8X M2, M3 & M4
Product Description
This complete KMP differential combines a mechanical Drexler plated LSD with a 3.91 motorsport final drive, replacing the factory electronic GHAS differential on a correctly configured BMW F8X M installation. The plated arrangement uses motorsport-specific ramp angles and preload to provide predictable locking behaviour during sustained circuit use.
The 3.91 ratio provides shorter gearing than the 3.46 arrangement used for KMP's comparison, increasing wheel torque for a given transmission gear and engine torque. The benefit depends on the vehicle's original ratio and intended use. A replaceable final drive also allows worn gears to be serviced without replacing the complete differential assembly.
Unlike the separately listed LSD centre, this is an assembled differential. Installation requires the appropriate driveshaft configuration and software disablement of the original electronic LSD. The shaft interface and casing or exchange arrangement must be confirmed before ordering; standard F87 M2 applications also require a specific compatibility check.
The differential is supplied without oil. KMP specifies 75W140, with the final fill and installation checks carried out to the applicable assembly instructions.

Damaged Shipments
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery or note the damage with the courier. If damage is discovered after opening, contact us immediately with photos. Do not install damaged items, as installation voids courier claims and return eligibility.
Returns
Returns must be authorised before sending anything back. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and returned within 14 days of approval, in unused/uninstalled condition and in original packaging. Some items, including special-order, built-to-order, used, installed, or modified parts, are non-returnable.

Fitment & Installation
Many products are aftermarket components and may require professional installation or minor adjustment. Perfect OEM-level fitment cannot be guaranteed. Professional installation by an experienced workshop is strongly recommended. Installed or used items cannot be returned.
