Product Description
MOTON 2-Way coilovers for the BMW E82 135i combine adjustable ride height with independently adjustable rebound and compression damping. The non-inverted monotube system gives separate control over the resistance as the damper compresses and as it returns to extension. Two external-reservoir configurations are offered, with separate rear spring and true rear coilover layouts.
Damper design & adjustment: Compression is adjusted at the external reservoirs, independently of rebound.
Configuration & supplied equipment: The External Reservoir – Separate Rear Spring configuration retains a separate rear spring and damper arrangement, while the External Reservoir – Rear Coilover version carries each rear spring on its damper. Both use front coilovers. This physical difference should be considered when planning the suspension installation rather than treating the choices as interchangeable descriptions of the same kit. Springs are supplied with the system, and MOTON specifies camber-adjustable front top mounts and application-dependent rear mounts. The dampers are rebuildable for servicing during their working life. Drop links and front quick-disconnect couplings are included with the external-reservoir kits. Reservoir mounting brackets are optional accessories.
Installation & setup: External reservoirs need secure positioning and hose clearance throughout steering and suspension movement. The front couplings should be handled in accordance with the manufacturer's installation guidance. Final ride height and alignment should be set together, with wheel and tyre clearance checked using the car's actual wheel specification. Damping adjustment does not change spring rate or compensate for an unsuitable ride-height setting.
Optional MOTON Air Cup Lift System: MOTON specifies approximately 40mm of temporary front-end lift for compatible installations. The clearance achieved can vary with the vehicle and suspension setup. Select With Air Cup to include the MOTON Pneumatic Air Cup Lift System (part number 90AC-061-A3-022ST) with your selected coilovers. Suitable for MOTON suspension with 22mm damper shafts; confirm installation clearance before ordering. Select Without Air Cup for the coilovers only.

Damaged Shipments
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery or note the damage with the courier. If damage is discovered after opening, contact us immediately with photos. Do not install damaged items, as installation voids courier claims and return eligibility.
Returns
Returns must be authorised before sending anything back. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and returned within 14 days of approval, in unused/uninstalled condition and in original packaging. Some items, including special-order, built-to-order, used, installed, or modified parts, are non-returnable.

Most products include a manufacturer’s warranty covering manufacturing defects only. Warranties do not cover wear and tear, improper installation, misuse or neglect, track use, competition or racing environments, labour costs, vehicle damage, downtime, or consequential loss. Warranty outcomes are determined by the manufacturer, not Clubsport Garage. Items must be returned for inspection at the customer’s cost unless agreed otherwise.
Fitment & Installation
Many products are aftermarket components and may require professional installation or minor adjustment. Perfect OEM-level fitment cannot be guaranteed. Professional installation by an experienced workshop is strongly recommended. Installed or used items cannot be returned.
